Welcome to Ken Spencer's homepage. This site features a range of paintings based on Ken's work in Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.

The paintings are usually done in acrylics on canvas. They are executed in a series of washes that are subsequently built up into opaque paint layers.

The finished paintings can be seen at a variety of art galleries throughout Northumberland from Corbridge up to Coldstream.
